Linear vibrating screen is a new type of vibrating screening equipment with vibrating motor as the source of vibration, which is widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, chemical industry, building materials, food processing, machinery manufacturing and other industries. The screen body is generally installed at an inclination angle of 5°-20°, which is suitable for the classification, dewatering and de-mediation of large output, large and medium lumpy materials in various industries.
This series of vibrating screen belongs to the single mass forced vibration system, and the excitation source is a single or two vibration motors of the same type. When two vibrating motors are used, they are synchronized to run in the reverse direction, and in each instant of the eccentric block rotation, the centrifugal force along the throwing direction is always superimposed on each other, and the force in its normal direction is always canceled out each other, forming a single excitation force along the throwing direction. Under the action of the force, the screened material is thrown upward in a continuous diagonal upward movement according to the vibration frequency of the sieve box, and a part of the material passes through the sieve mesh every time it vibrates, so as to achieve the purpose of screening.
