When working, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed in the crushing chamber. The material enters the crushing cavity from the upper feeding port and is crushed by the blow, impact, shear and grinding action of the hammer with high speed movement. In the lower part of the rotor, there is a sieve plate. The stone particles smaller than the size of the sieve are discharged through the sieve plate, while the coarse particles larger than the size of the sieve hole remain on the sieve plate and continue to be struck and ground by the hammers, and are discharged from the machine through the sieve plate.
