The main working part of the hammer crusher is the rotor with hammers (also known as hammer heads). The rotor consists of main shaft, disc, pin and hammer.
The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed in the crushing chamber. The material is fed into the machine from the upper feeding port and crushed by the striking,
impacting, shearing and grinding action of the high-speed hammer. In the lower part of the rotor, there is a sieve plate, the crushed material is smaller than the size of the
screen hole through the sieve plate discharged, larger than the size of the screen hole of coarse particles to stay on the sieve plate to continue to be subjected to the hammer
blow and grinding, through the sieve plate discharged out of the machine.
