The cone crusher works by rotating the electric motor, driving the pulley or coupling, the drive shaft and the cone to make the eccentric shaft do cyclic swinging movement under the axis. After the material enters the crushing cavity from the material mouth, the material is crushed by the mutual impact of the eccentric shaft and the wall of the mill, grinding and rubbing. The hydraulic insurance system can remove the support sleeve and the fixed cone by hydraulic pressure in case of over-iron failure or bogging down, which plays a good insurance role and greatly reduces the maintenance rate and improves the production efficiency.
